Flowchart explanation for 3tph rock gold processing plant
- Loader or excavator feeds raw ore into the hopper, then through chute feeder to evenly feed jaw crusher.
- Jaw crusher crushing big rocks to small size 40-60mm
- Output of jaw crusher go to double roll crusher via belt conveyor.
- Double roll crusher crushing 40-60mm small rocks to smaller size 0-6mm.
- Output of double roll crusher go to hopper before wet pan mill, electromagnetic vibrating feeder is installed under the hopper to evenly feed wet pan mill.
- Wet pan mill grinding 0-6mm ore to powder size 0-1mm.
- Powder 0-1mm go to shaking table for recovering gold concentrates.
- All gold concentrates are sent to gold smelting furnace to increase gold purity.

This is a 2 TPH rock gold processing plant site from an Egyptian customer, it’s configured with a ball mill, gold centrifugal concentrator, and shaking table. Ore in transit bin is sent to ball mill via vibrating feeder and belt conveyor, then grind the ore to powder size. Particles discharged from the ball mill goes to will be sent to the centrifugal concentrator, then the concentrates are sent to the shaking table for fine concentrating gold. The shaking table is gravity to recovery gold, very friendly to the environment. it can be used for hard rock Tin ore, Coltan ore, Tungsten Ore, Chrome, etc.

Mobile Jig Separator + Trommel Screen

Process Material: Gold, diamonds, gemstones, and other heavy materials.
Introduction: This mobile jig concentrator is very popular in small-scale gold, diamond, and coltan processing plants. The trommel screen sieves out big waste stone firstly, and then the under-sieve material goes to the jig concentrator for gravity separation. The heavy mineral would be collected at the final.
This small-scale mining plant is fit for the raw ore with little sticky clay. If there is much sticky clay, use the trommel scrubber instead the trommel screen.
The mobile jig separator + trommel screen plant is equipped with wheels, so it’s completely portable and can be quickly installed and removed. We also supply a fixed-type processing plant.

Knelson type Gold Concentrator is a new type of gravity concentration equipment for gold separating and other high-density minerals. Our Gold Centrifuge is efficient for recovering free gold in all particle size ranges, especially for the recovery of fine gold which is lost during the operation of the gravitational concentrators (sluice boxes and jigs). It can be used not only for placer gold mining, but also for hard rock mining to recover the natural gold, replacing amalgamation, and recover gold from the tailings. We have fully-automatic (Knelson Continuous Variable- Discharge, CVD type) and semi-continuous (Batch type) centrifugal gold concentrators.
6S New Shaking Table
The shaker table is a gravity separation equipment used to separate fine-grained materials. It’s with PP material feeding chute and discharge chute. And it’s with big and higher channel frame to make it stronger. The 6S shaker table is a safe operation and the table desk color is as per customer request.
