Belt Conveyor Overview

Conveyor Belt, rubber-fiber-metal composite, for carrying and conveying materials. It is commonly used when material that is either stockpiled or loaded in a bin or hopper needs to be introduced into the system at a controlled feed rate.

Structures & Working Principle

The materials through the feeding hopper flow to the belt surface of the belt feeder. With the rotation of AC speed regulating motor, the belt moves forward slowly, and the materials on the surface via the head wheel flow into the next process so as to realize the continuous feeding.
