Capacity: 10 TPH
Process: The tin ore mining process flow is Crushing –> Screening –> Grinding –> Concentration.

Rock Tin Mining Plant

Crushing
The rock gold-bearing ore is crushed by a Coarse jaw crusher, then feed into a Fine jaw crusher, fine crusher is the second section of the fine crushing process.

Screening
The output material of the fine crusher will feed to a vibrating screen to separate out bigger particles and smaller particles, and big particles (+25mm) return back to the fine jaw crusher for re-crushing.

Grinding
0-25mm particles go to the ball mill to grind super fine size(0.074-0.4mm).

Concentration
After grinding, the concentration equipment we used is Shaking Tables, total quantity is 24 sets which divide into two groups, 16 sets for the 1st group, 8sets for the 2nd group for re-concentration.
