Process: The raw material is the alluvial gold with much sticky clay, which needs to wash clean. And the gold concentrate size is 0-6 mm.

Alluvial Gold Wash Plant With Sticky Clay
- Excavator feed materials to feeding grizzly hopper ,with 75mm gap,+75mm big waste stone are removed.
- Below 75mm materials to trommel scrubber, 2 layers screen, mesh size 6mm,20mm; versize 6-75mm are waste material.
- 0-6mm to centrifugal concentrator for recovery fine gold.
- Gold concentrates from centrifuge to shaking table. Tailings from centrifuge to sluice box for recovery gold tailings.
- Through smelting furnace make gold concentrates to gold bar.
