Diamond Processing Plant
This setup is a rock gold process plant.
- The plant is configured with a hopper connected to the vibrating feeder under the hopper.
- The vibrating feeder is with 75mm grille bars. The above 75mm is stone to deliver to the waster. The below 75mm is sent to the trommel scrubber machine.
- The Trommel scrubber washes the material and screens out the +50mm stone, the material below 50mm goes to the vibrating screen.
- The vibrating screen is 2 layers with the 2mm and 25mm mesh size. It can screen out 25-50mm, 2-25mm, and -2mm material.
