Water Jacket Centrifuge Working Principle And Structure
Water-jacket centrifugal concentrator is composed of a feeding pipe, rack, tailing tank, driving motor, vertical shaft, and concentrating parts. Beneficiation parts are divided into inner and outer two layers, the inner layer is a head-wearing cone, the inner vertebra is made of stainless steel, with a ring-shaped lattice bar, and there are many small holes in the cone wall, and the outer layer is made of ordinary steel plate, and the inner layer to form a closed water jacket. The middle drive shaft is a hollow shaft, the pressure water is given into the water jacket formed by the inner and outer cones through the hollow shaft, and the small holes in the inner layer continuously inject water into the lattice bars, forming backwash water, during the sorting process, the pressure level of backwash water is 0.03-0.06MPa. The ore particles after milling or sieving are given to the ore slurry state from the upper part of the central feeding tube, into the dressing parts, and the slurry is moved upward along the cone by centrifugal force of the high-speed rotation, and light minerals move upward from the cone. Under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, the slurry moves upward along the cone, and the light minerals are discharged from the upper periphery of the cone to the tailing chute, and are discharged from the tailing discharge outlet; the heavy minerals are deposited between the lattice strips under the action of centrifugal force, which are actually deposited on the inner cone. Water jacket centrifuge in the use of traditional centrifugal concentrator concentrating principle at the same time, but is also unique in the concentrating parts of the inner surface of the recoil pressure water, to overcome the traditional centrifugal concentrator in the process of concentrating, due to the ore layer slate, resulting in the decline in the defects of concentrating recovery rate.
